John grew up in Grove City, OH and his fascination with weather began when he and his family experienced 2 separate Tornado Warnings during camping trips one summer. With experience in operational forecasting, private consulting, peer-reviewed research, and emergency management, John brings a vast network of connections and a passion for growth - personal, professional, and organizational. He is an active member of the National Weather Association and American Meteorological Society and has a passion for connecting with people across all sectors of the Weather Enterprise.

Growing up in Nebraska, Dylan developed a fascination with storms from a young age. His background combines full-stack software engineering with advanced meteorological experience, including research and software development at the intersection of AI and tornado prediction. After many years of storm chasing, Dylan set out to design an app that could provide a better way to view weather data on the go. The result: WeatherFront - a game-changing way to view weather data on a mobile device.
